I neglected to journal this earlier - I don't know why. I made it 30 days with lots of laughs. Some were certainly more genuine than others, but each day had at least one laugh. I think more than the actual laughing I am slowly but surely understanding that there is a bright side to pretty much everything, and that, well, I just need to LIGHTEN UP!
