The goal of this "Change" is to replace Soda Pop with Water. This isn't a reduction, but an elimination of Soda. Personally, I have never been much of a Pop drinker, but I feel much more sluggish when I do drink Pop. Give this one a try and let me know if you benefit from it.

Let everyone know
The problems I have experienced with eliminating Soda Pop and Sweets, is that I fail when I'm not really thinking about it. In other words, I'll be half-way through a can of Soda and then remember that I was going to eliminate it from my diet. If you are really serious about this change, you need to let those around you know that you are doing it. That way, when you order a soda at a restaraunt, or grab one from the fridge, your friends and family can remind you.
Also, I think it's really important to replace what you drink with water. You won't see as many of the benefits if you don't. If anyone has any other tips on succeeding in this challenge, please let me know.
