Recommendation

It's difficult to give a recommendation on how to best accomplish this "Change" to an audience at different levels.  However, when I have tried this in the past, the easiest way for me to reduce sweets, is by giving myself one cheat day. This makes it easy to keep track of how you are doing.  Also, I would suggest choosing the day that you are going to cheat, rather than choosing on the fly when you see something that looks really good. By choosing ahead of time, you train yourself to not crave sweets upon sight.

Please let me know if you have some other suggestions that would helpful. Just go and make a public journal entry so that everyone can benefit from your own experiences.
